Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Next Abaya, we value our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our Refund and Returns Policy makes it simple to return or exchange eligible items.

Ready-to-wear abayas

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for Ready-to-Wear abayas. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made or tailored abayas
  • Altered Ready-to-Wear items
  • Perfumes and accessories
  • Gift cards

Some features may require you to provide certain information. Choosing not to provide such information may limit your ability to use specific features.

Sale items

Sale or discounted items are eligible for returns within 3 days of receipt, provided they remain unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

How to initiate a return

To start your return, please email us at nextgarmentsabaya@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label (for UAE orders only). For international orders, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us at nextgarmentsabaya@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. Attach photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly. In these cases, Next Garments will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a pickup within the UAE.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order for the desired item. Once your return is approved and processed, you may proceed with a fresh purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at nextgarmentsabaya@gmail.com.

International Returns & Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees (both UAE and international) are non-refundable.
